Should you buy new stock issues?

Don't general recommend it because new issues can be more volatile and occasionally suffer massive corrections.

This usually happens after a period of wild craze in the new issue market.

Buy your stock when you have additional valuable market price and volume action data on which to judge the situation.

This can be a great source for a new ideas as long as stocks have formed proper prices bases.
